F.A.C.E.D. sees the health and
well being of the community as essential to the foundation
for economic growth and development. Working with the faith
community, F.A.C.E.D. is committed to lifting up the spiritual
dimension of personal and public health as it contributes
to the well being of the community as a whole. F.A.C.E.D.
will provide expertise to assist congregations to develop
health teams to better serve their members and community residents.
F.A.C.E.D. will work to develop, support and enhance ongoing
relationships between low-income residents, the faith community,
and health care providers and will partner with the business
community, foundations, educational institutions, and others
to develop a physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy
community. |
